The Westin Excelsior, Rome Hotel

The room and bathroom sizes were fantastic for traveling with an infant and 5-year-old. Great location to iconic attractions and a beautiful park with a zoo and playground. Helpful and engaging staff. Rooms very big and clean, with a nice pool area.

We had a fantastic stay at the Westin! The location near the Borghese Gardens was perfect for our short visit. Despite some worn carpets, our Grand Beautiful Room was spacious and faced the Via Veneto, with no street noise. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was large. a great experience, and we would recommend this hotel.

First day we chose breakfast served in your room. It was very insufficient compared to the price. The next day we went to the buffet which was perfect. I advise you not to have breakfast in your room! Too bad!

The hotel was clean and had upscale facilities. Located in a terrific neighborhood near the Spanish Steps and the US embassy. Conveniently close to the metro, making transportation easy. The staff were helpful and friendly.

atmosphere of the hotel is very much in keeping with the Italian style and city of Rome. hotel is very luxurious, well located and staff is very attentive to the needs of the guests.

The pool's a little cold.

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to most of Rome's main attractions. It is close to popular sites like the Spanish Steps and even the US embassy. The rooms are spacious and elegant, giving off a regal atmosphere. The breakfast spread is wonderful, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

Some areas of the hotel, such as the stairs, were not well-maintained and appeared dirty.

The hotel had a grand and iconic exterior that was really excellent. The location was perfect, as it was centrally located and within walking distance of many attractions. The staff was friendly and willing to help with any questions or requests.

The hotel is perfectly located in the center of Roma, within walking distance of the Trevi Fountain and shopping areas. There is a coffee shop to the right across the street, perfect for a quick breakfast. The room is spacious with a comfortable bed and a marble bathroom. The staff is friendly and helpful, especially the bellmen and concierge. There is a nice pool and a well-equipped workout area.

Staying at this hotel was a true luxurious experience. From the exclusive amenities to the top, notch service, everything was perfect. the Spa & wellness centre was outstanding, and the indoor swimming pool was a highlight. the sauna, jacuzzi, and massage were all divine. the restaurant was a fine dining experience, and the in, room breakfast was delightful. the bar/lounge area was stylish, and the special diet menus were an added bonus. the private facilities were just what I needed.
